As per 14th plan guidelines, plan fund or own fund can be used for Vehicle rental project. As most local bodies have own fund shortage and also as they won't prefer plan fund to be used for the same, kindly take necessary action to reinstate the usage of available MGNR fund for the same.
sir, some parts of roads that need to be re tarred are having difficulty to do tarring work due to water logging/ steep gradient. it is requested that permission may be given to use MG Road funds for concreting such water logged/steep gradient portions on existing roads.
