    No comments about the updation of asset register after its creation. Is it possible without qualified and trained human resource atleast in block levels with in the department. There are a lot of qualified professionals in GIS around us. Geoinformatics is a PG specialization for Civil Engineers in CET. They can be deputed in multiple roles.
